SHIPPING POLICY

LITMOODS accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will generally ship Monday through Friday, excluding major Holidays.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received within 3-5 business days and sent via USPS PRIORITY MAIL from Pennsylvania. Due to our products being completely handmade products will not be shipped by Express Priority Mail.
 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Any item that is purchased from us will be secured with bubble wrap and eco friendly packing peanuts. However sometimes the journey to you may not be as smooth as intended. sometimes things happened that are beyond our control. If your package is damaged upon arrival please contact us via email within 24-48 hours of delivery with photo of damaged package so that we may file a claim with the USPS. In the mean time we will work with you to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a packaged has been shipped we are not responsible for it being lost or stolen. When placing an order please be sure to verify that all shipping information is correct, doing so would significantly decrease the chance of your package being lost in transit. Once you receive a tracking number and a estimated or scheduled delivery date please keep track of your packages whereabouts. we are not responsible for packages that are unable to be delivered or stolen due to absence or any structural things such as gates etc. that may prohibit delivery.
 

Refunds/ Return POLICY  

Returns will be process in the order they are received. To return a product it must be in the original packaging and UNUSED. products that have been used WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE. Products can only be returned with in 10 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the product/ products you have purchased please contact us, we’d love to help.
